Santa's A Jolly Good Fellow

Dearest Aunty Adelyn,

Boy-oh-boy was my first Xmas a B-L-A-S-T! Uncle Santa came in the night and brought me lots and lots of gifts!! Just LOOK IT!!

That's me! In my big boy chair! Don't I look all grown up now? I love my Bumbo!

Looking at the amount of photos Mummy takes of me in my Bumbo, I'm wondering whether Mummy enjoys it even more than I do. Hsu Ah Yi says I look like a girl in those pictures. Do I Aunty Ade? I want to know.

Also, David Chiu Chiu finally gave us the pictures he took of me during my 2nd month. He called the shoot "Portraits of Jared" .. woo hoo .. doesn't that make me sound like a superstar??

Dearest Aunty Ade,

I saw the pictures Uncle Ker Wei took of the both of you in flying to rose bay. Mummy says she's impressed with Uncle Ker Wei and keeps hinting to Daddy. However, I think Daddy has gone deaf in both ears.

I'm reaching my 3 month mark, Aunty Adelyn, and let me update you on all the new tricks I've learnt so far.

1. When I'm on my tummy, I can hold my head up and turn it both ways. Great way for a change in scenery. Waking up to a white wall is getting really boring.

2. I can put on multiple expressions within a span of a few seconds.

3. I can produce endless amount of drool. This somehow drives Mummy nuts and she keeps trying to stop it ... to no avail, obviously.

I drool standing up .... ..

I even drool at Mommy, that fox my mummy, ........

Aaaahhhh ... only, almost, 3 months and already I've accomplished so much.

Happy Birthday Aunties, Love Superboy

Dearest Aunty Adelyn,

Mommy told me that it was your birthday this week. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNTY ADE!

Mommy told me to to apologise for Daddy's poor video taking skills... can't blame the old guy, my Daddy, Mommy says he wasn't born with a great deal of artistic skills ... hahahhahahha

Also, Xiao Ku turned 29 yesterday ... HAPPY BIRTHDAY XIAO KU!

Aunty Ade, I'm growing really fast too. Daddy said that I will be growing out of my current car seat soon, so Daddy got me a New ... Stylish .. Sleek .. Oh-me-oh-my .. MAXI COSI TOBI!! Daddy said it was really expensive but I was worth it ... *oooh love, my daddy!!*

Since I've been growing big and fast, Mommy decided that I would be 'swimming-pool-ready' soon. So la-dee-da, down to the mall she went and got me my very first swim-suit.

As much as I love taking my baths, I'm a bit apprehensive about the pool .. can you tell Aunty Ade?? I hope Daddy, with his rickety old-hands, doesn't let go of me .. *shiver*

Oh .. Daddy and I have been playing a new game of late .. It's called JARED SUPERBOY!! .. Daddy introduced this game eversince Mommy suggested getting me a teddy bear. I think the game is a way to infuse some masculinity in me since Daddy says Mommy is obviously trying to sissify me.

All in all, it was a good weekend. I Mommy and Daddy. What did you do over the weekend, Aunty Ade? I want to know.
